This week Ronald McCarty writes about an issue that is frightenly near and dear to those of us who live on the east coast: the theft of 45.7 million credit card numbers from TJX Corp, which owns and operates TJMax stores.
Not that I'm admitting to shopping at a TJMax... OKAY! I admit it! ... But now I wonder, did I really need to use my credit card to pay for those faux-antique napkin rings? The were under $7.50!
Ronald who writes the IT Net Admin blog is an expert in IT security. He offers consulting services for companies who would prefer not to end up like TJX.
